A: we can accept either cash from your representative here in Cyprus, or Bank transfer to our uk or Cyprus account. Credit card payment is available for a small extra charge.

A: The rates are agreed with you the owner prior to listing.We can only advise what you may obtain per month for various properties in certain locations. Management and maintenance services for your property are available via our associated management company.

A: The properties are listed on the internet, so various nationalities and ages enquire about the properties listed. We rent to retired couples / business persons / young couples / families / all are questioned on the reason for wanting to rent, and financial status. We are your cyprus representative and have strict selection processes in place .

A: We regard a long term let as 12 months, however different owners have accepted 6 month lets. On a 6 month let all rental payments are usually paid up front by the tenant.

A: The minimum rental deposit for any property listed on a 12 month term is 2 months security bond [ refundable at the end of the signed contract ]  and one months advanced rent.

A: Various owners stipulate no pets. However some owners are happy to rent property to tenants who have pets. Please ask us prior to viewing properties.

A: A general rule is Rental properties are available furnished or un furnished, and without bed linen and towels.

A: Lettings Cyprus are the cyprus representative for owners, and will make every effort to rectify the rent payment problem. However if after negotiations with the tenants, rent is still not paid, the contract will be void and legal proceedings can and will be started after discussion with the owners.
